1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gd9 ("gd9", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gd9.asia ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, content, and features available through the Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, poker, and e-sports wagering.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply in addition to any supplemental terms that may apply to specific promotions, game types, or features of the Platform, which shall be published separately and incorporated by reference herein.

gd9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the gd9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or placing wagers on the Platform. gd9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of personal gambling.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where your access to or use of the Platform would violate applicable laws. It is solely your responsibility to determine the legality of accessing the Platform in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of gd9 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion, either through gd9's own responsible gaming tools or through any external self-exclusion scheme that applies to the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register a gd9 account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify gd9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. gd9 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• KYC Verification: gd9 may at any time request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. This includes but is not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
• Account Transfers: gd9 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gd9 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Methods: gd9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals only through the payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. Approved methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and FPX, subject to availability and method-specific terms.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your gd9 account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. gd9 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within four (4) business hours of approval, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. gd9 reserves the right to request documentary verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are set out in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited to your gd9 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. gd9 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.
• Account Balance: Your gd9 account balance does not earn interest and does not constitute a bank deposit. gd9 maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gd9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players with verified gd9 accounts who have met the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount) will be stated in the specific promotional terms. Wagering must be completed within the specified timeframe, after which any unconverted bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits as stated in promotional terms.
• gd9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, any accrued qualifying activity prior to termination will be honoured in proportion.
• Players who are found to be exploiting promotions through techniques including but not limited to matched betting using multiple accounts, systematic low-risk staking patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, or collusion with other players may have their bonus eligibility withdrawn and any resulting balances forfeited.
• A bonus can only be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional terms.

6. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the gd9 Platform. Product-specific rules for sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, and e-sports are published within each respective product section of the Platform and apply in addition to these general rules.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by gd9 at its sole discretion. A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the Platform with a bet reference number.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per game type. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or payouts, gd9 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. gd9's determination in such matters is final.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding the result of a bet must be raised with gd9 customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event or game result being determined. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
• Live Casino: In live dealer games, the result is determined by the physical outcome at the table (cards dealt, roulette ball landing position, dice result, etc.) as recorded by the studio's equipment. In the event of a discrepancy between the video stream and the recorded result, the recorded result shall prevail.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gd9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one gd9 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering or the financing of terrorism;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game;
• Using any automated software, bot, scraper, spider, or other tool to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from gd9;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage must be reported immediately to gd9 support and any resulting gains may be voided;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal scheme.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gd9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, data compilations, and audio-visual elements, is the proprietary property of gd9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gd9.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• gd9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• gd9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• gd9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your gd9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

gd9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. In furtherance of this commitment:

• Access to the Platform is restricted to persons aged 21 and above. gd9 employs age verification procedures and will refuse service to any person who cannot satisfy the age requirement.
• gd9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, reality check notifications, and temporary and permanent self-exclusion options.
• Players who activate a self-exclusion will be prohibited from accessing their gd9 account for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by opening new accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

• gd9 will not extend credit to players for the purpose of gambling. All play must be funded from verified deposits.

11. Termination & Suspension

gd9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• gd9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• Regulatory requirements or licensing conditions require gd9 to restrict or terminate access to certain players or jurisdictions;
• You have failed to complete required KYC or AML verification within a reasonable period.

Upon termination for breach, gd9 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance where it is determined that the balance arose from prohibited conduct. In all other termination scenarios, legitimate account balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable period after completing any required security checks.

You may close your gd9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gd9 holds its gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

For Malaysian players, these Terms do not exclude any rights you may have under Malaysian consumer protection law. However, gd9's primary regulatory and legal framework is that of its licensing jurisdiction, and the laws of Malaysia do not govern the operation of the Platform or these Terms except to the extent required by mandatory provisions of Malaysian law applicable to you personally.

13. Amendments to Terms

gd9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gd9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. The continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account as set out in Section 11. Your account balance will be returned in accordance with the closure procedure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.
